Everything you always wanted to know about wine but didn’t know what to ask!
An abbreviated session (about one hour) of just the basics of "The 5 S's" will be presented under the tent at this year's harvest festival. This is designed for the wine novice who wants to learn the differences among the major types of wines, and why we like some wines and don’t like others. You will learn the 5 S’s of wine tasting, the 4 taste zones of the tongue, and several other useful tips about wines.
