This beginner’s class is designed for the wine novice who wants to learn the differences among the major types of wines, and why we like some wines and don’t like others. A variety of foreign and domestic wines, both red and white, will be tasted, and you will learn the 5 S’s of wine tasting, the 4 taste zones of the tongue, and much more.
