Everything you always wanted to know about wine but didn’t know what to ask!  This 5-week beginner’s class is designed for the wine novice who wants to learn the differences among the major types of wines, and why we like some wines and don’t like others.  A wide variety of foreign and domestic wines, both red and white, will be tasted as well as one whole evening dedicated to sparkling and dessert wines.  Learn the 5 S’s of wine tasting, the 4 taste zones of the tongue, the aroma wheel, and much more.
