The students in our regular 2-week Wine101 class are introduced to a wide range of topics as we taste through a selection of white and red dinner wines. But how about BEFORE and AFTER dinner…..that’s what this Wine101 Extension class is all about, i.e., the sparkling wines that are often served before dinner, and the sweet wines served after. Join us to learn about and taste wines that explore these topics. $30 per person.
