Single Malt Scotch

I enjoyed a terrific tour of the Scottish Highlands last August with a group led by Vin Marottoli of Tasters Guild and Tours for Wine Lovers, and now I am pleased to inform you of a single-malt scotch tasting that he has organized on this date.  We have the good fortune to welcome Matt Chivian, Director of the Scotch portfolio for Classic Wines, who has assembled a collection of rare and truly unique Scotch.  Restaurant owner Dave McCoart at the Sage will match each Scotch with some appropriate hors d’oeuvres. Retail cost of the Scotches we will taste is about $800. If a beginning class is 101, then this is grad school.
